GD Supplies field notes / Equipment planning
In these field notes
The invoice is the reference point
GD Supplies accepts wire transfer and crypto. Before either payment method, make sure the written order details match the equipment you intend to buy: model, bin, quantity, condition, currency and agreed terms. A chat message containing a payment destination is not a substitute for reviewing the whole order.
Before a bank wire
- Check the beneficiary and banking details against the order instructions.
- Confirm the currency and ask your bank about transfer and intermediary fees.
- Clarify the amount that must arrive and when the order is treated as paid.
- If instructions change, stop and verify the change through an established contact route.
Do not rely on an unfamiliar phone number added to a new email. Use the existing business contact details you already know.
Before a crypto transfer
- Confirm the agreed asset and network; matching the asset name is not enough.
- Verify the destination address carefully and check whether a memo or tag is required.
- Confirm the amount, timing, confirmation requirements and network-fee handling.
- Never send private keys, seed phrases or wallet credentials to a seller.
A network mismatch or wrong address can make recovery impossible. Clarify any uncertainty before approving a transfer. Do not assume a particular coin or network is accepted until it is agreed for the order.
Treat urgency as a reason to verify
High-value equipment purchases should not bypass normal checks because a message says to hurry. Unexpected changes to an account, wallet or payment deadline deserve a separate confirmation through the published phone number or an established conversation.
Call 778-779-4298 or email info@gdsupplies.ca to discuss your order. No banking credentials belong in the public inquiry form.
Keep a useful order record
Retain the written quote, invoice or agreed order document, the verified instructions, and the payment reference or transaction identifier. Confirm what happens next and how you will receive order updates.
Submission of a hardware inquiry does not collect payment or confirm an order.
Specifications are catalog ratings and should be checked for the exact configuration. These notes do not promise mining income, equipment availability or a delivery date.
